卿粼波,教授,博士生导师,公司电子信息学院副经理。2003年毕业于公司电子信息学院,获电子信息科学与技术专业学士学位。于2008年在公司电子信息学院获通信与信息系统专业工学博士学位。挪威阿哥德大学(2011/02-2011/08)、意大利都灵理工大学(2011/09-2012/02)、美国密苏里大学哥伦比亚分校(2012/12-2013/12)访问学者。主要从事人工智能与计算机视觉、多媒体信息安全、开源情报大数据分析、图像/视频通信等方面的理论及应用研究。中国技术经济学会低碳智慧城市专委会副主任委员,四川省电子学会青年人才委员会委员,四川省通信管理局工业互联网领域入库专家、成都市农业农村局领域专家、成都天府海智计划专家,中国电子学会会员、IEEE会员。
主持或参与包括国家重点研发计划/国家自然科学基金面上项目/青年基金项目/国际(地区合作与交流项目)、欧盟FP-7项目、四川省科技厅科研项目、成都市重大科技应用示范项目及企事业合作项目等40余项,涉及多媒体信息挖掘与安全传输、网络舆情分析与开源数据挖掘、人工智能与大数据应用、基于多媒体的公共空间安全态势挖掘等领域。在近年内发表学术论文80余篇,其中被SCI收录30余篇,授权发明专利30余项。主讲《图像通信》、《微机原理与接口技术》、《数字信息技术专业实验》等课程,参与编写教材三部(含“十一五规划教材”一部)。
